Open Question: Soon to be RV full timer seeks advice?

Hi i'm planning on buying a rv within the next two years and me and my wife are going to book it out of here, were wanted a small rv and found two we liked a lot, 1)2013 Eclipse Milan 20FBUS (this one has a weak looking shell, can anyone with rv experience confirm this?)( http://www.bestrv.com/detail.cfm?V=2013|Eclipse|Milan%2020FBUS|Slide%20Out&ID=82448 ) and 2) Rockwood 1809S Mini lite (this one isnt as nice at the first one but the outside looks stronger..)
